La entidad ha navegado un escenario complejo, marcado por el\u00a0<strong>descenso de donativos en especie<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>aumento de precios<\/strong>\u00a0y un\u00a0<strong>cambio forzoso en el modelo de servicio<\/strong>\u00a0que ahora depende de un catering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cambio de modelo forzoso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El principal detonante del cambio fue una&nbsp;<strong>sentencia judicial<\/strong>&nbsp;que, seg\u00fan Tostado,&nbsp;<strong>limitaba el derecho al trabajo<\/strong>&nbsp;al impedir jornadas de m\u00e1s de cinco d\u00edas seguidos. Para una plantilla de solo&nbsp;<strong>seis trabajadoras<\/strong>, (ahora son tres) la medida result\u00f3 inviable y oblig\u00f3 a la entidad a externalizar la elaboraci\u00f3n de la comida. &#8220;Funcionamos a trav\u00e9s de catering en todos los servicios de elaboraci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>elaboran ellos y servimos nosotros en el comedor<\/strong>&#8220;, aclara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuevo perfil de usuario y menos donaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La memoria de 2025 tambi\u00e9n refleja un&nbsp;<strong>ligero descenso en el n\u00famero de usuarios<\/strong>, con una media de&nbsp;<strong>100 personas en la comida<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>70 en la cena<\/strong>. El perfil ha cambiado dr\u00e1sticamente: los&nbsp;<strong>usuarios espa\u00f1oles<\/strong>, que antes eran dos tercios, ahora son solo&nbsp;<strong>una tercera parte<\/strong>. Se trata principalmente de&nbsp;<strong>personas mayores, solas y con recursos escasos<\/strong>. El resto son&nbsp;<strong>poblaci\u00f3n migrante<\/strong>, mayoritariamente joven, incluyendo&nbsp;<strong>familias de Sudam\u00e9rica con ni\u00f1os<\/strong>&nbsp;y personas solas de otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paralelamente, la entidad afronta una\u00a0<strong>ca\u00edda hist\u00f3rica de los donativos en alimentos<\/strong>, un proceso que se ha agudizado en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os por el\u00a0<strong>aumento de precios<\/strong>. Con el nuevo modelo, los productos para elaborar (pasta, legumbres) los recoge el catering, que los descuenta de la factura a precio de albar\u00e1n, suponiendo un\u00a0<strong>ahorro del 20%<\/strong>\u00a0para la Cocina Econ\u00f3mica. Los productos de consumo directo, como yogures o fruta, los sigue sirviendo la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El reto de la supervivencia econ\u00f3mica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los grandes desaf\u00edos es la&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e9rdida progresiva de socios<\/strong>&nbsp;por envejecimiento, un &#8220;<strong>goteo continuo<\/strong>&#8221; que las nuevas altas no logran compensar en n\u00famero, aunque s\u00ed en recaudaci\u00f3n por ser cuotas m\u00e1s altas. Tostado subraya la dificultad de revertir esta tendencia en una ciudad como&nbsp;<strong>Ferrol<\/strong>, marcada por el&nbsp;<strong>descenso de poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;durante d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo prioritario para 2026 es&nbsp;<strong>estabilizar las cuentas<\/strong>&nbsp;tras acumular m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<strong>70.000 euros de p\u00e9rdidas<\/strong>&nbsp;en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
