Montse Fern\u00e1ndez. 23 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"642\" src=\"https:\/\/cocinaeconomicaferrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-27-a-las-10.10.49-1-1024x642.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5522\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cocinaeconomicaferrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-27-a-las-10.10.49-1-1024x642.png 1024w, https:\/\/cocinaeconomicaferrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-27-a-las-10.10.49-1-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/cocinaeconomicaferrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-27-a-las-10.10.49-1-768x482.png 768w, https:\/\/cocinaeconomicaferrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-27-a-las-10.10.49-1.png 1240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cocina Econ\u00f3mica ha informado d\u00edas atr\u00e1s que despu\u00e9s de<strong>&nbsp;seis meses desde la reorganizaci\u00f3n del servicio<\/strong>, tras prescindir de personal en la cocina, \u201chemos seguido recibiendo vuestros important\u00edsimos donativos en especie\u201d, que aumentan considerablemente en estas fechas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, han hecho p\u00fablico el<strong>&nbsp;impacto<\/strong>&nbsp;que esas&nbsp;<strong>donaciones&nbsp;<\/strong>tiene en la econom\u00eda de la instituci\u00f3n solidaria, tras haber&nbsp;<strong>podido ahorrar 27.385<\/strong>&nbsp;euros en el referido servicio externo, lo que equivale a una reducci\u00f3n de costes en el mismo del 19,62% .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la entidad social se se\u00f1ala que esta<strong>&nbsp;cifra es \u201cclave\u201d para \u201capuntalar la sostenibilidad del nuevo modelo<\/strong>\u201d aplicado, que ha obligado a cerrar la renovada cocina del centro para externalizar el servicio de comida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La instituci\u00f3n ha&nbsp;<strong>mantenido&nbsp;<\/strong>en este tiempo los&nbsp;<strong>donativos en especie<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>excepci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>del<strong>&nbsp;pescado fresco sin limpiar<\/strong>, \u201cpor carecer de personal para procesarlo\u201d, como se\u00f1alan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resto de productos tendr\u00e1n un uso directo en el comedor (como la fruta, postres l\u00e1cteos, leche, cacaos, caf\u00e9s solubles, galletas, boller\u00eda o embutidos) o bien se remitir\u00e1n al servicio de c\u00e1tering contratado para que los preparen, siendo descontados de la factura final que la Cocina Econ\u00f3mica debe abonar a la empresa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, indican que \u201cla optimizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de recursos tan valiosos, que se han encarecido tanto, es vital para garantizar nuestros servicios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Men\u00fas especiales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, la entidad&nbsp;<strong>ha hecho p\u00fablicos los platos que se van a servir estos d\u00edas, entre el 22 y el 25 de diciembre<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, en la jornada de este mi\u00e9rcoles se ofrecer\u00e1 a los comensales (del orden de 150 al d\u00eda) un&nbsp;<strong>almuerzo a base de crema de marisco, pavo en salsa de champi\u00f1ones<\/strong>&nbsp;con patata asada y, de postre, flan de turr\u00f3n. Todo ello acompa\u00f1ado de pan, agua y caf\u00e9 con leche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte la<strong>&nbsp;cena de Nochebuena<\/strong>&nbsp;constar\u00e1 de jarrete de<strong>&nbsp;ternera asada con patata panadera y pimientos<\/strong>.&nbsp;Asimismo, se servir\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n postres navide\u00f1os, adem\u00e1s del pan, agua y caf\u00e9 con leche o cacao. Adem\u00e1s, se sirve una opci\u00f3n baja en sal para quienes deban seguir una dieta hipos\u00f3dica. En este mismo d\u00eda el&nbsp;<strong>alcalde visitar\u00e1 las instalaciones<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el&nbsp;<strong>25 de diciembr<\/strong>e las personas que hacen uso del espacio podr\u00e1n degustar un men\u00fa compuesto por&nbsp;<strong>langostinos&nbsp;<\/strong>al horno con aderezo de ajo y perejil; filete de&nbsp;<strong>merluza&nbsp;<\/strong>en salsa marinera con guisantes y patatas al vapor.
